 In our first chapter, we will focus on goal setting and strategy. During this session, we will reflect, assess the current state of our business and identify areas of growth. We will then set 2-3 long term business goals, and break down the strategy for those goals over the next 8 months.

Goal setting helps to focus on the big picture and create a plan for achieving success. Plus, goal setting in a group creates support and accountability. It allows the group to share ideas and resources, and to collaborate on strategies. It also allows the group to provide feedback and encouragement, and to hold each other accountable for reaching their goals.

In chapter two, we will focus on business mindset and limiting beliefs - diving into understanding our current state of mind in our business growth. We'll dive into limiting beliefs we may have formed years ago about ourselves, our businesses, and what we deserve, that stunt us on our growth path to success and prevent us from achieving both current and future goals. 

We'll look at how to challenge them and replace them with more empowering beliefs. We'll also look at how to create a mindset of abundance and success.

Finally, we'll look at how to use the power of gratitude to help us stay focused on the positive and to help us stay motivated and inspired.

Chapter three, on wholesale for product-based businesses, will provide attendees with the knowledge and tools they need to successfully streamline their wholesale tasks - participate in trade shows, build online sales, and organize and interact with accounts. 

We will also provide tips and strategies on how to effectively market your products to potential buyers, how to create an effective sales pitch, and how to build relationships with retailers.

Attendees will leave the session with a better understanding of how to refine their wholesale process, the tools they need to succeed, and the confidence to take their business to the next level.

Chapter four dives deep into the world of digital marketing: social media marketing, email campaigns, and more. We'll dive into your unique brand story and how to best tell that across your social platforms, we will talk through monitoring analytics, and long-term social media strategy.

Email campaigns also serve as a vital way to interact with your target customer, and here, we'll talk through ways to create welcome campaigns, and weekly emails - and explore a toolbox of softwares you can use to level-up your inbox game.

Chapter five will also dive into the current social media scheduler options and the platform algorithms, to help us determine when to post to maximize our reach and impact.

We'll also explore the world of influencer marketing, and how to choose the right influencers for your brand, and how to create a successful influencer campaign.

Finally, we'll talk about the importance of staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, and how to use them to your advantage.

Looking for how to improve your retail presence nationwide - OR - ever wanted to open your own shop?!

In this chapter, we dive into the world of retail (pop up and brick and mortar) and what the future of this might look like for your business. We'll talk through important tools to know and establish before selling - including point of sale systems, product packaging, display and merchandising, and risk assessment and prepardness. 

We'll also discuss the pros and cons of both pop up and brick and mortar retail. Pop up shops are great for testing out new markets, reaching new customers, and creating a buzz around your product. However, they can be expensive and require a lot of effort to set up. On the other hand, brick and mortar stores provide a more permanent presence, allowing customers to come to you and providing a more traditional shopping experience. However, they require a significant investment of time and money to set up and maintain.

Finally, we'll discuss the importance of customer service and how to create a positive customer experience. We'll talk about the importance of creating a welcoming atmosphere, providing helpful advice, and offering quality products. We'll also discuss the importance of creating a loyalty program to reward customers for their loyalty and encourage them to return.

By the end of this chapter, you'll have a better understanding of the world of retail and how to make the most of it for your business. You'll be armed with the knowledge and tools to make informed decisions about which type of retail is right for you, and how to create a successful retail experience for your customers.

Chapter six will focus on the importance of your own effective leadership and delegation in your small businesses.

We will discuss how to identify and develop leadership skills, how to create an effective team structure, and how to delegate tasks and responsibilities. We will also cover the importance of communication and collaboration between team members, and how to ensure that everyone is working together to achieve the company's goals.

Finally, we will discuss the concepts of "leading with kindness" and "leading by example" and discuss the importance behind these theories. 

At the start of our final chapter, we will cover growth strategy and scalability plans for your small business. 

We will then take a look back at the goals and intentions we set in the first chapter. We will discuss how our plans have changed and evolved over the course of the seven months, and how we have adapted to the changing business landscape. We will also reflect on the lessons we have learned, the successes we have achieved, and the challenges we have faced.

At the end of the session, we will take a moment to celebrate our accomplishments and reflect on our journey together. We will look back at the progress we have made and the relationships we have built, and look forward to the future of our businesses. We will also take the time to thank each other for our hard work and dedication, and for the support we have provided to each other throughout this process.
